He supervised the publication of about 20 books.
He’s Editorial Consultant and Project Editor for various publishing houses and
Artistic Director for the Swiss branch of the festival PoesiaPresente as well as co-Artistic Director of the POESIAPRESENTE FESTIVAL in Monza (Italy) together with Dome Bulfaro (founder).
Among his other published works are original plays, literary criticism and book reviews for periodicals, newspapers and internet media.
- In 2006 he created the monthly column (closed in 2010) Cercando l'oro della poesia (seeking for the gold of poetry) on the web journal Tellusfolio.
- he's in charge of the poetry section of UNO Magazine.
He created and runs the format La voce di Gwen (Gwen's voice) on Radio Gwendalyn (the first Web-radio of the Italian part of Switzerland to be member of the ASROC (Association Suisse des Radio Online et du Cable).
La voce di Gwen is the only format promoting poetry on a Web-radio in Switzerland.
He’s the organizer for the Italian part of Switzerland of the Poetry-therapy project LEGGERE, CON CURA (the project is part of the festival PoesiaPresente): the inpatient of the Ospedale Regionale di Lugano are given a postcard per day for seven days. Every postcard had a poem written by renowned Swiss-Italian authors.
He’s one of the authors called by Pro Helvetia -the Swiss Arts Council- to create a saying to accompany the itinerant cultural event Ménage.
He’s also one of the authors embedded in the Moving Words plan: the project will help to expand the position of Swiss literature in the international book market, to increase exchange between the language areas, and at the same time make the public more aware of translation as a creative activity for communicating culture.
As well as extensive contributions to Italian language literary journals his poems have been translated in Spanish, French, German, Arab, English, Turkish, Slovenian and Portuguese. Excerpts from his poetry have been included in over poetry anthologies.
Forthcoming are the translated books Registro dei fragili – Registre des fragiles (in French for Editions d’En Bas, Losanna) and L’opposta riva – The Opposite Shore (in English for Marick Press, Detroit, USA).
Official representations:
- 2008: he was invited by the Swiss international Consulate to represent Switzerland at the Other Words International Poetry Festival in San Francisco where, by invitation of the Italian Institute of Culture he also represented Italy at the VIII° Settimana della Lingua Italiana nel Mondo.
- 2009: he was called to represent Switzerland in Slovenia at the Dnevi Poezjie in vina (Medana International Poetry Festival).
- 2010: he was called to represent Switzerland at the Festival Internacional de Poesia de Medellin (Colombia)
- 2012 - called to represent Switzerland and the italian language to the Black Heritage Festival (Nigeria) as per invitatio received by Nobel prize Wole Soyinka
